Why?

How is it hyperbole to ask why 3 journalists who did not violate the terms of service were banned?

Was it their politics? Their ethnicity? Their behavior? Their political connections? Their lack of political correctness? Did they have too many followers?

What happens if tomorrow Medium decides feminists are no longer allowed on this platform. Would it be censorship then?

Why is one group of people with boringly common politics no longer allowed on Medium, but way more extreme views allowed to be published on a regular basis on the opposite end of the political spectrum?

These are all reasonable questions to ask. Anyone with a minority view of the world should be wondering what the criteria is for being banned now, and concerned if their politics could be next.
